Today is National Live Creative Day. To celebrate we're sharing a Minion footprint artwork idea that was brought to us by craftymorning.com. Once your family has finished the artwork project, show everyone how you've decided to partake in National Live Creative day by using #LiveCreativeDay and #DMFA.
What you will need:
- A white piece of paper
- Yellow and blue washable paint
- A black sharpie
- Googly Eyes
- A paintbrush
- To begin, paint the bottom of your child's foot with yellow paint, covering the whole thing. Have them step on the white piece of paper and press down hard.
- Once the yellow paint has dried, you will then paint the bottom of your child's foot from the toes to about midfoot with the blue paint. Line it up with the yellow footprint and press down again.
- Take a paintbrush and draw two blue straps for the Minion's overalls. Add two yellow arms out to the sides as well.
Once your Minion is dry, use the black sharpie to draw hands, hair, a mouth and the Minion's goggle strap. Finally, glue on one or two big googly eyes to complete your Minion
